Essential knowledge for first aid in emergencies

The Safety Regulations set out the requirements for the provision of the necessary annual staff training under the FSE, the Safety at Work and Operation of Electrical Installations Regulations, and includes an introduction to first aid for accidents caused by electricity.

It is important that, in addition to a theoretical first aid course, practical training in CPR is given.

The course is valid for 1 year.

My name is Łukasz Budny, I am the founder of Be safe. My academic journey began at the Poznan School of Banking, where I earned a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

My many years of training experience, combined with skills as a qualified construction carpenter, allow me to impart knowledge in a simple and accessible manner. All courses I prepare for you are in Polish, Norwegian, English, Lithuanian and Portuguese and are in line with the current state of the law.
